Our luxury B&B is located in Osage Beach, Missouri just moments from some of the best dining, shopping, and championship golf courses in the state. You’re invited to bring your water wings and floaties to enjoy our community dock, 1/2 knot down the hill. Add to this mix great crappie and bass fishing, a 55-acre state forest preserve in our backyard, Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park nearby, and moonlight reflecting off the Lake. We’re easy to find.

From Jefferson City, Columbia, or St. Louis, MO:  Come into Osage Beach, Missouri on Hwy 54. Lee Mace Memorial Highway will take you to Osage Beach Parkway and on thru the City of Osage Beach. You will pass the Osage Beach Premium Outlets and cross over the Grand Glaize Bridge onto the new Expressway. Stay on the Expressway until you see the KK exit. Turn right onto State Route KK. Keep to your right on the roundabout. You’ll pass the main entrance of  Margaritaville Resort (FormerlyTan Tar A Resort). About a half mile on down KK, the road forks. Take the right fork onto Red Barn Road. Go 1/4 mile to the next fork and keep to your right there, too! At each of the right forks there are flower boxes and signs pointing you in the right direction. Go another 1/4 mile and you’ll see a Big Red Barn on the right side of the road. The drive to the B & B is just past the Barn and the two mailboxes and before the lighted flagpole. The B & B is cream colored with a green roof and two dormers. There’s pull in parking for four cars just past the arbor.

OR as you come into Osage Beach take the Hwy 54 Expressway (skirting around the town of Osage Beach) to the KK exit and follow the above directions.

If traffic gets bad and you’re running late, don’t worry – we can leave the keys in a little mail box on the porch rail and do a trail of rose petals to your guestroom door…. No getaway should start in a frenzy to be someplace at an appointed time….just give us a call!

DIRECTIONS FROM KANSAS CITY
Take 435 South to 50 East to Tipton. Take Hwy 5 south (right turn) to Hwy 52 (just north of Versailles). Take 52 to Eldon. At the McDonalds/Stoplight in Eldon, turn right onto Business 54 and take that 3 miles to Hwy 54. Take Hwy 54 to/thru Osage Beach. Follow the directions listed above…

DIRECTIONS FROM ST. LOUIS
Take I70 West to Kingdom City, south US Hwy 54 at #148 to Osage Beach. Follow the directions listed above….
