Press and Awards for the Inn at Harbour Ridge

Inn Honors:

Our most important recognition is what are guests have said:

Thanks so much for everything! You have really outdone yourselves and created a truly beautiful bit of paradise. Thank you.  P.S. Randy loved the oatmeal raisin cookies!

Our wedding day!!! This was an absoute wonderful place for our wedding — small, private, quiet – just what we wanted!  This was also our first time at a Bed and Breakfast. What a wonderful treat – I’m certain we’ll be back! Ron and Sue were amazing. Thank you both for the wonderful breakfasts and gracious hospitality. Thanks, Sue for all the information I needed for our wedding day – the florist, photographer, bakery, salon, etc…AND, the gazebo was beautiful. What a place you have!!! Thanks for EVERYTHING!
Gary & Kim Vandalia, IL

Absolutely amazing romantic getaway – you guys have thought of everything! Made a magical moment even more memorable. We are engaged now!  We have happy hearts, too!

Ron and Sue, (and Ditto!)
Today we must leave after five wonderful days at your beautiful inn.  Everything was absolutely perfect (and if it weren’t ,you would make it that way!) Ron, thank you for your helpful connections.  Sue, how can we thank you for enough for your gracious and sweet hospitality! We leave with two regrets:1) that we don’t have more time to stay and 2) that we are 1200 miles away!  We take away good memories and new friendship. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
Jan and Rick, Edinburg, TX

A lot more like home than a hotel. Great view and setting. The service was great without being imposing. Your part of the lake was like a pond.  I caught 5 catfish in four hours, but of course the big one got away! Your place offers a country setting with ready access to the main strip. Good time.

Dear Sue and Ron,
I travel a lot and always try to stay in B & Bs.  I must say this “Inn at Harbour Ridge” is one of most well managed and without doubt the most successful I have stayed at.  “No vacancy” on a week day in winter is an attestment to your good taste and hospitality. I wish you continue success, which your Inn well deserves.
